For 25 years we have been building ready for occupancy homes in a Canadian style. In recent years we have increasingly won the trust of German clients who have come to depend on our experience with the local building
authorities and the particular weather conditions of Cape Breton. We don’t build with cheap material, but rather use only the best materials in order to avoid later complaints. We strive to achieve the best
quality for the price, and to win further recommendations through our satisfied customers. We talk through every blueprint together and offer detailed advice. Although we don’t speak German, we build to European
standards. So far we’ve been able to communicate very well with all of our clients, and should any language difficulties come up, our German clients have offered mutual assistance among themselves. The business
has been in our family for many generations and we work for long-term continuity rather than chasing short-term success at any price, as that often enough ends in ruin. Many families and firms like Whalepoint Watersports Ltd. charge us with the care of their houses for years at a time, which speaks to our good relationship with our clients.
